Great hotel with free wi-fi, delicious breakfast, and a tv. The staff helped with my late check-in, creating a cute experience. I’ll be back for Christmas!

We had a lovely stay near the beach, making it perfect for family outings with our dog. The large room was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast options were a tasty bonus, giving us energy for our adventures in Liverpool and Chester....

During my stay, I loved how I could easily walk to the Hoylake Lighthouse in just a couple of minutes, and just a bit further I found the stunning West Kirby Beach, which made for fantastic strolls along the coast. although it was quiet at times, the cleanliness and functionality of the room were a nice touch for any weekend traveler.

Just an appropriate option for a short layover in Hoylake with good value. The staff member on check-in was really accommodating with our late checkout. Be cautious of the breakfast area. safety seemed an issue with a door falling off its hinges.

The complementary breakfast selection was impressive and varied.

Unfortunately, the bed was bouncy and uncomfortable during my stay.

The hotel was well-decorated and very clean, making it inviting for seniors. The staff were attentive, ensuring comfort in the lovely common areas, perfect for relaxation. Accessibility features made navigation easy and stress-free, quite appreciated by us....  

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Hoylake. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and nearby shops. The room was clean and cozy. I had a Double Room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, and the flat-screen TV offered various channels. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. the breakfast options were a bit disappointing. The coffee was weak, and although there were a variety of items, some of them, like the bacon, were overcooked. I wish there had been better seating options in the lounge area for relaxation, as it felt a bit cramped at times. the hotel has a lot to offer, but a few tweaks could elevate the experience further.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring the sights of Liverpool, including the iconic Albert Dock and The Beatles Story. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and breakfast every day, which was a nice bonus. It's...  

My stay for a wedding was delightful. Clean rooms exceeded expectations. The hot water was not working during my stay. Close to the beach, convenient for a quick stroll.

Excellent parking and just a five-minute stroll from the train station makes this hotel incredibly convenient for day trips to Chester or Liverpool. The promenade nearby offers stunning views, and the rooms are well-planned and impeccably maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. Breakfast is a highlight, with both dining and takeaway options available. The variety of dining choices in the area caters to all tastes, from casual to high-end, making it an ideal spot for families visiting.

Good times for family trips

The kids loved the breakfast selection even though it could run out sometimes, and the friendly staff really made us feel welcome. Can’t overlook the convenient location close to the train station, made getting around...
